We accept inquiries in English and Japanese. Include your device model, iOS / iPadOS version, app version, the affected object, and what happened. Remove personal information from any screenshots or notes you choose to attach. Never send passwords or payment details.
Explore an object
Select an object to open its 3D view. Drag to rotate and pinch to zoom. You can toggle automatic rotation and reset the camera. Object information includes museum sources and license details.
Language and audio
Switch between English and Japanese in settings. Narration and background music have separate volume controls. If you hear no sound, check the app volume, device volume, and audio output such as Bluetooth headphones. Narration uses synthesized voices.
Offline access
Three 3D objects are included from the start. Open other objects while connected to the internet and wait for each download to finish. Downloaded objects remain available offline while their cache is retained. Text, thumbnails, and English and Japanese narration are included in the app. Clearing the cache requires downloading those objects again.
Place an object in AR
Allow camera access and slowly scan a well-lit, textured table or floor. Confirm the plane preview to place an object. AR is for appreciation and does not guarantee real-world dimensions. If placement fails, check lighting and available space, then try repositioning. Be aware of your surroundings.
Save and share AR photos
The app temporarily hides controls and captures the camera view together with the 3D object. Add-only Photos access is requested when saving. If access is declined, the captured image remains in the app and sharing is still available. You can change permissions in device Settings.
Notes, favorites, and your data
Notes and drafts, favorites, quiz progress, language, and volume settings are saved on your device. Notes include their creation time. There is no account-based sync. Deleting the app removes its local data, so keep a copy of any notes and photos you need first.
Download or display problems
Check your connection and available device storage, then close and reopen the app. If one object is affected, contact us with its name and the symptoms. To preserve your data, do not begin troubleshooting by deleting the app or clearing the entire cache.
