東京AI映像合同会社が制作・無料公開する、ブラウザ完結型の360°パノラマ動画制作ツール。パノラマ画像1枚とキャラクターアニメーション1本を読み込み、ドラッグで位置・大きさ・色調・接地影を調整できます。背景の切り抜き、ループの先頭と末尾のオーバーラップ、ループ回数の設定に対応し、YouTube 360°メタデータ付きの2K／4K MP4を書き出せます。素材と動画処理はブラウザ内に留まり、インストールやサーバーへのアップロードは不要です。

Panorama Video Studio is a free 360° panoramic video tool created and published by Tokyo AI Visuals LLC. Import one panorama image and one character animation in your browser, then drag to adjust the character’s position, size, color and grounding shadow. おうち防災カルテ TOKYOOuchi Bousai Karte TOKYO

住所を入力するだけで、地震や水害などの災害リスク、周辺の避難先、家族構成に合わせた備えを確認できる無料の防災サイトです。「都知事杯オープンデータ・ハッカソン」への参加作品として開発し、どなたでもお使いいただけるよう一般公開しました。

A free disaster-preparedness site: enter an address and see the earthquake and flood risks for that location, nearby evacuation sites, and what to prepare for your household. Built as an entry for the Tokyo Governor's Cup Open Data Hackathon and released publicly for anyone to use.
