1. Accounts, advertising, and tracking
The app requires no account and contains no advertising, behavioral analytics SDK, app-specific crash collection SDK, or in-app purchases. We do not track you for advertising or sell personal information.
2. Data on your device
Notes and drafts, creation times, favorites, quiz progress, language and volume settings, downloaded object caches, and AR photos are stored on your device. The app does not upload them to our servers.
3. Camera and photos
AR uses the camera and spatial tracking on your device. Camera frames and spatial data are not sent to our servers. Captured images are created locally. The app requests only permission to add images to Photos and does not read your existing photo library. When you share an image, it is passed to the app or recipient you select; their privacy practices apply.
4. Object downloads and network requests
Opening an object that has not been downloaded requests its files from our content delivery service using Cloudflare. The provider processes IP addresses, approximate country or region inferred from IP, requested files, timestamps, and technical connection or device information for delivery, security, and traffic statistics. The app does not request GPS location. We do not link these records to your notes or favorites or use them for advertising. 5. Support inquiries
If you email us, we use your email address, message, and optional attachments to respond and resolve the issue. We retain this information as needed for support and applicable legal obligations and delete information when it is no longer needed. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
6. External sites, purchases, and backups
Opening museum source links takes you to external sites whose policies apply. Apple handles App Store purchases and payments; we do not receive your payment details. Apple system backups may include local app data depending on your device settings. We do not manage those backups.
7. Deletion and choices
Change camera and Photos permissions in device Settings. Use the app cache controls to remove downloaded object data. Deleting the app removes its local data; separately manage images saved to Photos, shared copies, and system backups. Contact the email below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of support correspondence.
8. Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian should contact support on a child’s behalf.
9. Changes and contact
