Audio Studio MCP, our open-source tool for generating music and sound effects locally, has passed 500 stars on GitHub. Since its release, it has been featured by media writing in Japanese, English and Chinese.

We open-sourced Audio Studio MCP on October 18, 2026, and it has now passed 500 stars on GitHub. As of November 3, it has 570 stars.
Audio Studio MCP is a tool we built for our own game and film production. Ask an AI agent such as Claude Code or Cursor in plain language, and it generates music and sound effects on your own Mac or Windows PC, then loops them, sets the loudness and exports them. It needs no cloud service or API key, and generating is free no matter how many times you do it.
It passed 300 GitHub stars within two days of release, and as of November 3 our announcement post on X has passed 670,000 views, 9,700 bookmarks and 5,800 likes.
