Yoiyami Relics

How user information is handled in the game app

Tokyo AI Visuals / Privacy Policy

Tokyo AI Visuals LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the Yoiyami Relics game application (the “App”).

1. About the App

The App does not require account registration or login, does not offer in-app purchases, does not access location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data, and does not use our own analytics or crash-reporting service.

The App is provided free of charge and may display Google AdMob banner ads, optional video rewarded ads initiated by the user, and interstitial ads at natural breaks after battle results.

2. Information Processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK

For advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google’s advertising partners may automatically collect and share with Google:

  • IP address and the approximate location inferred from the IP address;
  • product interactions such as app launches, taps, ad impressions, and video views;
  • diagnostic information such as app or SDK launch time, hang rate, and energy usage; and
  • Android advertising ID, App Set ID, and other device- or advertising-related identifiers.

This information is encrypted in transit. We receive aggregated reporting such as ad impressions and revenue through AdMob, but we do not receive users’ names, email addresses, or other contact details from the advertising SDK.

3. Advertising and Consent Controls

Depending on applicable law and the user’s choices, the App may show personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, applicable U.S. states, and other relevant regions, the App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present required notices and choices.

When UMP determines that privacy options must remain available, users can change their choices through Settings → Ad privacy settings in the App. Users can also reset or delete the Android advertising ID through their device settings.

For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy, How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services, and AdMob privacy and data protection.

4. Game Data Stored on the Device and Android Backup

Game progress, settings, rewarded-ad duplicate-prevention records, and ad-frequency records are stored on the user’s device and are not transmitted to our servers. The App does not provide user accounts, proprietary cloud synchronization, or game servers, and does not send this gameplay data to the advertising SDK.

Only when Android’s standard backup feature is enabled, one preferences file containing save data and its recovery copy may be copied to the user’s own Google Account backup area or device-to-device transfer. This is an Android OS function; we cannot receive or view this data. WebView cookies, cache, and advertising SDK storage are not included in the backup scope specified by the App. Users can disable backup in their device settings.

Exported save data created from the App’s settings is controlled by the user. We do not receive or store exported save data.

5. Network Communications

The main game can be played offline, but an internet connection is used to retrieve and display ads and update consent information. If a video ad has not been cached, the rewarded-ad entry is hidden, and gameplay is never held up while waiting for an interstitial ad.

6. Sharing, Sale, and Retention

We do not sell users’ personal information. Except for processing by Google and advertising partners necessary to provide ads as described in Sections 2 and 3, we do not provide user information to third parties.

Information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies and the user’s advertising settings. We do not store game save data or user accounts on servers operated by us.

7. Managing and Deleting Data

Users can delete game data stored on the device by using Reset Save Data in the App’s settings, clearing the App’s data through Android settings, or uninstalling the App. When Android standard backup is enabled, data may be restored from backup after reinstallation. Backups can be managed or deleted through Android and Google Account settings. Because the App does not create accounts, no account-deletion request is required.

The Android advertising ID can be reset or deleted through the device’s advertising settings. For other information processed by Google, users can use the controls described in Google’s privacy policy.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is primarily intended for users aged 16 and older. It is not designed for children under 16 and is not offered as an app participating in Google Play’s children-focused programs. The advertising SDK is configured to treat the App as not directed to children and to cap ad content at a Teen-equivalent rating. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information.

9. User Rights and Contact

For requests concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or other rights under applicable law, please use the inquiry form below. Because the App does not keep user accounts or save data on our servers, we may be unable to identify a particular user.
