KanaWorks_AITokyo AI Visuals LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the Sushi Survivors game application (the “App”).
1. About the App
The App is a one-time-purchase game for iOS and Android. It contains no advertising or in-app purchases and does not require account registration or login.
2. Information We Collect and Share
The App does not collect, transmit, sell, or share with third parties any personal information, device identifiers, location information, contacts, photos, camera or microphone information, usage data, game progress, diagnostic information, or any other user data.
3. Network Communications, Analytics, and Tracking
The App does not connect to the internet while the game is running and does not connect to our servers. It contains no advertising SDK, behavioral analytics, crash reporting, or tracking functionality.
The App does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) authorization and does not access advertising identifiers.
Privacy-policy and support links in Settings open an external page in the device’s browser only when the user selects them. Viewing those pages requires an internet connection, but all gameplay remains available offline without opening them.
4. Game Data Stored on the Device and Backups
Game progress and settings are stored only on the user’s device and are not transmitted to our servers. We cannot access this information.
If iCloud Backup, Android system backup, or device-to-device transfer is enabled, the operating system and device settings may allow app data to be copied to a backup associated with the user’s own account or to a new device. We do not receive, view, or manage these backups.
5. Deleting Data
Selecting “Erase Data” in the App’s settings resets game progress while preserving language and volume preferences. Deleting the App removes its on-device app data, including those preferences. Any copies retained by system backup features can be managed through iOS, iCloud, Android, or the relevant backup service settings. Because the App does not maintain user accounts or user data on our servers, no deletion request to us is required.
6. Processing by Platform Providers
Purchases, downloads, payments and store security features through the App Store or Google Play, as well as standard operating-system backups, are processed by Apple, Google, or the relevant device or service provider. Their respective privacy policies and other terms apply. We do not handle payment information within the App. The App is a one-time purchase and offers no additional in-app purchases.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App does not collect personal information from any user, including children.
8. Changes to This Policy
If we change this Privacy Policy, we will publish the revised version on this page and update its effective date.
