KanaWorks_AITokyo AI Visuals LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in the game application Pixel Game Studio Story (the “App”).

The App does not require users to create an account and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share with third parties any personal information, device identifiers, location information, contacts, photos, camera or microphone information, usage data, diagnostic information, or any other user data.
The App does not contain advertising, behavioral analytics, crash reporting, or in-app purchases.
2. Information Stored on the Device
The company name and president name entered by the user, game progress, and settings are stored only on the user’s device. We do not have access to this information.
3. System Backups
Local App data may be saved by iOS, Android, Apple, or Google system backup features according to the user’s device settings. We neither receive nor manage these backups.
4. Deleting Data
Users can delete data stored on the device by clearing the App’s data through the device settings or by uninstalling the App. Because the App does not maintain user accounts or user data on a server, no deletion request to us is required.
5. Processing by App Stores
Purchases, downloads, license verification, and payments through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by the applicable store operator and are subject to that operator’s privacy policy and other terms. We do not handle payment information within the App.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not primarily directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we change this Policy, we will publish the revised Policy on this page and update its effective date.
