Tokyo AI Visuals LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of user information in Midnight Parcel Bureau: Untangle & Deliver (the “App”).
1. About the App
The App does not require account registration or login, does not offer in-app purchases, does not access precise location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data, and does not use our own analytics or crash-reporting service.
The App is free and displays Google AdMob advertising: banners on low-frequency screens after a minimum amount of play, optional rewarded ads initiated by the user after the reward is explained, and interstitial ads only at natural transitions after a level. If an ad is unavailable, core progression, free retries, and the no-ad solution path remain available.
2. Information Processed by the Google Mobile Ads SDK
For advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes, the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google’s advertising partners may automatically collect and share with Google:
- IP address and approximate location inferred from it;
- product interactions such as app launches, taps, ad impressions, and video views;
- diagnostic information such as app or SDK launch time, hang rate, and energy usage; and
- Android advertising ID, App Set ID, iOS Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) when authorized, and other device-related identifiers.
This information is encrypted in transit. We receive aggregated reporting such as ad impressions and revenue through AdMob, but we do not receive users’ names, email addresses, or other contact details from the advertising SDK.
3. Advertising and Consent Controls
Depending on applicable law and the user’s choices, the App may show personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, applicable U.S. states, and other relevant regions, the App uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present required notices and choices. The App does not request ads until UMP reports that ads may be requested.
When UMP requires a persistent privacy-options entry point, users can review or change their choices through Settings → Ad privacy settings. Device settings may also allow users to reset or delete an advertising identifier.
For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
4. Game Data Stored on the Device
Game progress, unlocks, owned resources, rewarded-ad usage records, interstitial-ad cadence, and settings are stored on the user’s device and are not transmitted to our servers. On Android, this game data is excluded from operating-system cloud backup and device-to-device transfer.
5. Sharing, Sale, and Retention
We do not sell users’ personal information. Except for processing by Google and advertising partners necessary to provide ads as described in Sections 2 and 3, we do not provide user information to third parties.
Information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s policies and the user’s advertising settings. We do not store game save data or user accounts on servers operated by us.
6. Deleting Data
Users can delete game data stored on the device by clearing the App’s data through Android settings or uninstalling the App. Because the App does not create accounts, no account-deletion request is required.
For advertising identifiers and other information processed by Google, users can use their device’s advertising controls and the controls described in Google’s privacy policy.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is not designed for children under the age of 13 and is not offered as an app participating in Google Play’s children-focused programs. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. User Rights and Contact
For questions or requests concerning access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other rights under applicable law, please contact us below. Because the App does not maintain user accounts or save data on our servers, we may be unable to identify a particular user.
